If you are submitting your request because your computer is not permitting our new installer to download, please do the following first.  It is best to download the installer using Microsoft Edge browser.  Before downloading, the SmartScreen feature needs to be turned off.  Here is a video to demonstrate.

Greetings from Team EV360.  We wanted to let you know that we are in the process of moving our software authentication service to a new server.  Over the past months, we have been updating our software to authenticate and stream media from this new and improved server.  Once the migration is completed, you will be required to install a new version of EV360 Ultimate.  Instructions for downloading and installing the new version can be found here:  https://ultimate.ev360es.com/wp-content/uploads/EV360-Subscriber-Quick-Start-Installation-3.0.pdf

The migration will take place on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. Chicago/Central time and complete by Saturday, August 21, 2021, 6 a.m. (6 hours).   During this time, the current authentication server will be down and your current software version will not launch.  We apologize in advance for any downtime as we understand how important it is for you to have continued access to EV360 Ultimate.  As a convenience, we have created a global user account on our live/recorded speedbuilding channel website to provide you access to recorded speedbuilding dictation classes for a limited period of time.  If you don’t already have an account, please consider using this account during the period of time the migration is in progress. 1. Can I use my current version during the migration from 11:59 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.?  No, the migration should be complete before Saturday morning.
2. Can I use my current version after the migration?  No, the current authentication server will be turned off during the migration.
3. Will my events, self-evaluations, and tests migrate to the new server?  Yes
4. Will I lose any information related to EV360 Ultimate after the migration?  No, we will only migrate the last 90 days of My Life event information.
5. Can I download the new installer before the migration?  Yes, but don’t install it until the morning of August 21, 2021.
6. Can I install the new version before the migration?  No, it will overwrite your current version and the new server won’t be ready until Saturday morning.
7. When can I use my newly installed version?  Saturday, August 21, 2021, after 6 a.m., after installing the new version, you will see the new launch screen with a message that the authentication service is running.
8. How do I download the new installer?   Please follow the steps in the attached EV360-Subscriber Quick Start – Installation 3.0.pdf to download.  The second page will guide you through the installation process.
