Once installed, the Windows Start/Apps/EV360 Ultimate/Check for Updates feature will provide you the latest updates when they become available. If this is the first time you run the Check for Updates app, you may be required to install the .NET Frameword Windows feature. Once this is downloaded and installed, the Check for Updates app will run to provide you the most recent updates. Most issues our users experience are related to not having the latest build installed and using a third-party antivirus security software program. The following are programs we have identified that cause issues with EV360 and prevent certain features from working properly.
