Greetings!  Prior to submitting your support request, please note that we released a new Version 4 Build 20260402 on April 2, 2026.  Please uninstall the current build of EV360, delete any previously downloaded installers, and follow the instructions in the EV360 Ultimate Download and Installation Instructions.pdfOnce installed, the Windows Start/Apps/EV360 Ultimate/Check for Updates feature will provide you the latest updates when they become available.  If this is the first time you run the Check for Updates app, you may be required to install the .NET Frameword Windows feature.  Once this is downloaded and installed, the Check for Updates app will run to provide you the most recent updates.

 

Most issues our users experience are related to not having the latest build installed and using a third-party antivirus security software program.  The following are programs we have identified that cause issues with EV360 and prevent certain features from working properly.  Once these have been removed from your system, restart your computer, reinstall EV360, and try again.  McAfee LiveSafe, Web Advisor by McAfee, McAfee Security Scan, McAfee Security or anything related to McAfee, Webroot, Avast, Kaspersky, Norton Security 360, Norton Security Essentials, RAV Endpoint Protection, and Cylance Protect
