Workouts Program
The Workouts program is a workout approach to building speed. Audio dictation files are presented at varying speeds in real time based on the selected workout plan. The concept is like working out on a treadmill: The pace of the workout adjusts during the workout. You don’t have to start/stop/start/stop to adjust the speed of the dictation you are practicing; the selected workout plan does it for you.
Classes Program
Classes is a class-based approach to building speed. The Classes program will create a custom speedbuilding class and present the dictations based on a selected lesson plan. Each audio dictation is broken down into six sequential audio segments that are repeated five times at varying speeds based on the “lesson plan” selected. Classes offers structured dictation, longer practice sessions, old fashioned speedbuilding approach to building speed.
Evaluate Program
Evaluate presents audio dictations at their natural speed. When the audio is complete, you can edit your transcription using your CAT or other word processing software. Your realtime transcription or edited transcription can be evaluated for transcription accuracy results and display transcription errors. Evaluations can be attempted and submitted as many times as you choose for practice.
Realtime Program
Realtime is a natural approach to developing and improving realtime writing skills by adjusting dictation audio speeds in real time as audio is playing. The software compares current and overall accuracy using a proprietary locally installed algorithm based on time and frequency of input, not by a downloaded word-by-word analysis module for a web-based learning system.
Games Program
Games is an alternative and fun approach to enhancing realtime accuracy writing and translation skills. Games includes two gaming modules, Word Invaders and Sharp Shooter. Both allow you to earn points when your CAT software translates your realtime writing accurately. Both games use a document comparison technology that resides on your computer, which is also not a downloaded web-based analysis module when you earn points.
Create 360 Program
Create 360 is a cutting-edge software program designed to address the shortcomings of existing court reporting speed building practice resources. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, it offers a dynamic and personalized learning experience. Create 360 generates new practice materials based on the user’s input and converts them into high-quality audio files ranging in speeds from 80 wpm to 300 wpm.
My Tests Program
My Tests will automate the delivery of speed tests. The program includes intuitive technology to administer tests based on individual user’s qualifications, prerequisites, skill ability, current endurance, and transcription accuracy. Additionally, when a you submit a transcribed test, you receive instant preliminary results, including initial errors and initial percentage of accuracy. Please note that the preliminary grading are initial results giving you instant information regarding the submitted test. Each test will be reviewed by an experienced grader and the final errors and percentage of accuracy will be provided once the test has gone through the grading process.
